North York Condo Renovation

This was an eight week long project which included demo of the kitchen, bathroom all flooring and installation of all new electrical and plumbing. One of the challenges was that the Condo had 3 floors, which is highly unusual for a Condo. An interesting feature was a netting between the second and first floor and 2 feature walls that had Italian plaster material installed. Material selection was a crucial part of the project.
